THE SPACE
You enter No. 9 The Folly through the front of the house – in the entrance you will find your lockbox with your keys. You will be provided with check in and access information before your stay. Once through the front door you will enter a grand hallway, the door to your apartment is located on the left as you walk in – No. 1.
Through the front door of your apartment, you will enter the luxurious open plan living space. The living space is exquisitely decorated with a comfortable, relaxing seating and dining area as well as a large flat screen smart TV for you to use. The large, modern kitchen has all the facilities and equipment you need to rustle up your favourite meal. The kitchen also benefits from a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
Just off the living space is your bedroom. The bedroom is spacious and beautifully decorated with panelling on all walls giving a feeling of grandeur. You will be spending the night on a luxurious, extremely comfortable king size bed.
In the bedroom there is hanging space for your belongings and a well-lit vanity area. There are lots of sockets including USB charging points, for all of your gadgets. The bedroom also benefits from a large flat screen smart TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a large modern rainfall shower and w/c facilities as well as an illuminating mirror with shaver point. There is also a heated towel rail for your added comfort.
There is CCTV monitored off-road parking available for one car (reservation required) and free on-street parking within a 2-minute walk of the property. We will provide you with details of this upon your booking.
You have free unlimited access to WiFi, and all the essentials are provided for your stay.
Check in and check out is completely contactless and keys are collected from a lockbox just outside of the front door.
Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11am.
